In addition, you may not use the information in the Members Area to send spam or non-business information to other Authorized Members. You many not stalk or otherwise harass other users or collect or store their personal data. CCB will not be held liable for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the Members Area, in the transmission or delivery of all or any part thereof, or for any damages arising from any of the content. CCB does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any content. CCB does not endorse any opinions or content posted by users. The CCB Members Area is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. CCB further makes no warranties respecting any harm that might be caused by the transmission of a computer virus, worm, or other such malicious computer program. You hereby acknowledge that use of the CCB Members Area is at your sole risk.

Registration and Security Obligations
